General Overview

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious garden. Our 2 story home is simple yet modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals at home. Living/dining/TV room with smart-tv, wi-fi in the whole house and a Nintendo Wii in the TV area. 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom on 2nd floor with a private powder-room. Main bathroom with a shower and a tub on 2nd floor, powder room on ground floor. Our home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but it is only 5 min. drive to Reykjavik´s largest shopping mall and 10 min. drive downtown. We are cat owners, but the Maine Coon is not included :) Separate apartment on ground floor. Nothing is shared.
