Family house dating from 1997, and regularly refurbished, within a subdivision, it is spacious and bright.
On a plot of 800m2, fully fenced and out of sight.
In the middle of the garden, a 4x8 swimming pool; a large terrace and a small shelter mean that we generally live outside in the summer.
The space
On the ground floor, a large room comprising the living room and the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is more fitted out for an office but has a 140cm bed.
A cellar and a garage (storage room) complete the house.
In the garden, tables and garden furniture, swimming pool are very pleasant in the spring.
The garden is fenced, out of sight. The swimming pool is currently unsecured. Hence a warning for parents of young children who cannot swim.
Guest access
The house has one level and one floor. the staircase does not have a handrail to hold onto. The house is not really suitable for disabled people.
Notes
In terms of traffic, the area is quiet but you should know that the house is still opposite the village school.
the center of the village is 800m away and has a tobacco/newspaper office, a bakery and a butcher, a doctor's office and a pharmacy. A large Leclerc shopping center is barely 1km 500 away.

Neighbourhood
The village has around 4000 inhabitants. It is 12 km from Montpellier (30 minutes by car) on the east side. The motorway is very close and makes it easy to reach other destinations in the department or further afield. Nimes is 45 minutes away by motorway and the first beaches are barely 30 minutes away as well.
Getting to my home
An airport in Montpellier which offers more and more European destinations.
Two stations; by TGV we are 3 hours and a half from Paris.
On the other hand, the village is very poorly served by public transport and it is advisable to have a car to circulate freely.

Getting around
As I said a little higher, it is advisable to have a car to move freely from home. But the supermarket and the center of the village are possible by bike or on foot.
