General Overview

Welcome to Nanaimo, BC Canada. We live right on Cathers lake where you can sit on our large deck and enjoy the views of ducks, crane, herons, turtles, beaver and the odd river otter right from the yard! This house is located 2 minute drive to the popular Westwood Lake with infamous running, hiking, and mtn biking trails galore! Also has a playground and several swimming beaches. This home is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and has a playroom/den area. We also have a playground outside in the yard that is perfect for kids! Master bedroom has a king size bed, 12 foot ceilings, and a full size ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, however one is an office/media room - but can use the fold out bed for other guests. This is a quiet, family centred neighborhood so no partiers please! Any more questions please ask!
