General Overview

Our home is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the Australian bush and infinity pool from our entertainer's deck. We love the open plan layout, modern amenities and proximity to the beach - and you will too!

The Space

Fully air conditioned, four bedroom open plan layout. Features include an 86 inch smart integrated TV, ceiling surround sound, entertainer's deck with BBQ, unlimited fast WIFI and butler's pantry with amenities including thermomix and barista coffee machine. We are child friendly and dog friendly!

Guest Access

Split level home with no wheelchair access. Children must be supervised at all times or capable stair climbers.

Notes

Please note the double garage will not be available. Guests have access to driveway and ample street parking. We have two beautiful, well behaved older dogs - our preference is to have them taken care of by you - however this is certainly not a requirement for staying as they can be boarded. A cot, high chair, baby bath, pram, bikes, bike trailer for two kids, baby hiking pack, running pram can be supplied on request - just ask!

Neighbourhood

We love it here! It is quiet, leafy and green. Close to beautiful walking tracks and playgrounds. We know all our neighbours and the kids will often play in the street together. We are less than 5 minutes to the beach and other attractions are close by.

You'll need a car or private transport to get here.

Nearest airport

Sunshine Coast airport appx 30 minutes, Brisbane airport apprx 1.5 hours.

Getting Around

We may have a brand new 2022 SUV audi and a 2022 SUV Jeep available for reciprocal exchanges. If no reciprocal exchange we may be open to leasing. Car seats may be available.
