General overview

We have a family friendly home in the West-end of downtown Toronto on a quiet street. Our home is open concept with an airy and cozy layout. Local eateries, independent and franchised coffee shops are less than 3mins walk away.

The space

We have a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and two other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a captain's bunk bed (double on top, and single on the bottom) allowing 3 people to comfortably sleep. The third bedroom has a queen bed, for 2 people. The house is very child-friendly (lots of gear/toys, etc for kids aged 3-7 yrs). Lots of euro strategy board games for you to enjoy if you decide to stay in. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub.

Notes

Parking also available in the garage that is accessible by a laneway, for a small to medium sized car. Street Parking permits are also available for purchase through the City of Toronto website for additional costs for daily, or weekly parking if a 2nd car parking (or larger car parking) is required. There is usually open spots right infront of the house.

Neighbourhood

There are many parks that are within 10min walk from the house (Dovercourt Park and Dufferin Grove park). A Walmart is within 9min walk/4min drive for groceries. Many local independent coffee shops are within 5mins walk, and Tim Hortons and Starbucks is just 3mins walk across from the public Library.

Getting around

5 min walk to the Dufferin TTC subway and steps away from the 24hr 29 Dufferin bus. Getting downtown via public transit is very simple and easily accessible. Getting to the Eaton Centre would take about 25mins and CN Tower is 35mins by TTC.
