The Space

The large open concept house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths spread over 3 floors. Full 180 degree lake views from the main floor are spectacular. The sectional in the living room pulls out making a queen bed. Main kitchen and living room on main floor with separate kitchen and living on lower floor. Lots of parking in the paved driveway.

Guest Access

Almost all areas of the house are open to you. However a couple rooms will be locked off to secure our personal items as we live here full time. This includes the garage and our bedroom.

Notes

We are open to vehicle exchange as well if that’s a possibility.

Laid back and quiet neighborhood on the north shore of Okanagan Lake, close to Kin Beach Park. Conveniently situated on a private road away from busy traffic.

40 minute drive from Kelowna International Airport (YLW).

Getting Around

I’m 5 mins from the nearest grocery store and 10 mins drive to down town Vernon. 40min drive to Silver Star Ski Resort.
