General Overview

Our home is an older casual farmhouse with an open concept, cozy woodstove and a mix of new and older features. We love the country setting with gardens, chickens, goats and a large garden. We also have an unheated pool which is lovely for summer and a woodburning sauna available year-round.

The Space

Our home is two-level, with two bedrooms on the main floor and 2 upstairs. There is an additional large room with private bathroom and separate entrance that could be included in the exchange for a larger family; it is currently functioning as a movement studio. We co-own our 6 acre property with our adult children so there are multiple homes on the property; each home is distinct and privacy is assured.

Neighbourhood

We live in a rural neighbourhood with one food market and two coffee shops within walking distance. We are a 15-30 minute drive to nearly anything else in Victoria: Butchart Gardens, the downtown core, the airport and Sidney and multiple beaches and parks.

Getting to my home

We are easy to find by google maps from either the airport, BC Ferries or Coho Ferries.

Getting Around

Walking distance to one foodmarket. Our 5-seater standard Honda Fit is available for exchange; with the option of an older 8 seater Honda Pilot to be made available as well.
