Welcome to our newly renovated federation semi in north randwick. The home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, study and tiered garden with undercover courtyard. 400 meters from centenntial park and queens park, 10 mins from prince of wales hospital, 10 mins from UNSW Uni, walking distance to trams, 13 minutes by bus to clovelly beach for swimming and snorkeling and a great pub. Kids and bike riders will love centennial park. There are dedicated bike tracks for kids and a bigger trail for adults. Wild play water area, lots of playgrounds, and large ponds to feed ducks or have a picnic. 10 mins by bus to Bondi junction or 15 minute walk. Our rose bay home is no longer available. Reviews until 2024 are from our rose bay home. The Space

Main bedroom queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 kids bedrooms with a single bed in each. Internal laundry. Tiered garden and under cover courtyard area. Access to the house has steps but you can take the side path to enter through the back with only 3 steps.

Notes

My kids are at preschool and school so our house is only available during the Australian school holidays. We can do sim or non sim or globe. Interested in ski locations (under 30 mins from ski fields or ski in / out), Japan, houses a short drive from Sydney with pools, surfers paradise 2026. Not interested in swaps in Sunshine Coast as my family have a place there. Really interested in overseas ski locations for 2025 but would need to be close to the snow and not a really long drive.

Neighbourhood

Short bus to city, Bondi junction, clovelly beach. Walk to centennial and queens park. Lots of cafes nearby. Light rail is a short walk away. Our street is quiet and it’s a very pretty neighborhood with lots of heritage homes and large trees.

Sydney Airport is 30 mins drive depending on traffic
