We have recently downsized to a 2 double bedroom house in the city. Front and back garden with driveway for 2 cars. Bus routes nearby, beach 10 mins away. Approximately an hour out to the beautiful castle areas of Deeside. 2hours to Edinburgh and Inverness.

Neighbourhood

We have not long moved into the area but I work a 5 min walk. The house is near a big TESCO, There is also a local pub/restaurant, shop and chemist. Your 10 mins into the city on a bus, also just off main route out to the castles and royal deeside. Also beach is 10 min drive from house.

Aberdeen airport is approx 15-20 mins depending on time of day.
