We are in the heart of Canada's largest city in an unbeatable location. Walk from Union Station, where you can catch the train to the Airport, Niagara Falls or Montreal.
We have a 97 Walk Score, 94 Bike Score and 100 Transit Score. Unbeatable.
The space
Our place is located in the core of Downtown Toronto. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living space, a single fold out ottoman and a 2 person air mattress. You have A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, full washroom with a bathtub. The building has a pool, gym and 24/7 security.
Our place has a crazy view of the city. It’s a corner unit with large windows all across the bedroom, living and dinning space. You can see the water, giving you a view of the north, east, and south. The building is right on the Esplanade, meaning some of the cities best restaurants are within walking distance.
The property has bike rentals right in front and a car share program so you can rent a car for the hours you need. Typically much cheaper than a full rental. Especially with the cost of parking.
Despite being located in the core of downtown Toronto, it’s very quiet.
Please notify us of your expected arrival and departure times. Communication is paramount and doesn’t work unless both parties are committed. Let’s make this a great experience for all involved.
Please be advised; this property is regularly used as a film location for TV shows such as The Umbrella Academy, The Boys, the Handmaidens Tail and more. As such interruptions to entry points, crews in areas and short notice filming plans should be anticipated.

The pool is an outdoor pool and It’s opening hours are at the discretion of building management.
If you have trouble finding something, please reach out, this space is designed to hide things to make the space appear larger. The table, beds, towels and other necessities are often hidden to those not use to this set up. Please ask.
Parking is $15 a night in the building or $30 at the lot across the street. On site parking must be booked in advance for the entire length of your stay. We do not own parking.
The welcome package will be sent to you before your stay explaining the arrival process. Please make sure to read the entire package thoroughly. Upon your review of the welcome package please reach out with any other questions. Please notify us of your expected arrival and departure times. Communication is paramount and doesn’t work unless both parties are committed. Let’s make this a great experience for all involved.

We are Robyn and Johnathan. We left our jobs in Feb of 2022 and have been traveling full time ever since. We are both working on business development for ourselves and as a result are quite flexible with availability. We however plan very far in advance. Typically a year.
We are often in areas as long as visa permit and prefer a slower travel lifestyle.
We prefer to swap with second homes and a minimum of 1-2 weeks unless we can accommodate a reciprocal exchange in your city.
