General overview
Our home is very special to us. It has a lot of space and surrounded by fields and countryside. It is a 5 bed home, 2 living rooms, an open plan kitchen dining, sitting room and lots of garden space. It also has a sauna for those cold days after a walk in the hills. We have a real sense of peace in our home. We feel truly blessed to live here.
It is based in a small hamlet but you are only 1 mile away from a village which has a shop, hairdressers, pub and restaurant. 3miles in the opposite direction you will find the beautiful village of Dunkeld with many shops, cafes and restaurants. We are 15 minute north of the city of Perth.
The space
We have 5 bedrooms. One double en-suite down stairs, the master en-suite upstairs and another double and 2 large single rooms. On the ground floor there is a big open plan living/ sitting/ dining area. There is a formal living room as well as a movie/toy room all down stairs. There is also a toilet, utility room, office and pool table room. There is a second toy room upstairs. The sauna is located upstairs in the master suite.

We are a family of 4 and a doggie. My husband and I are both secondary school teachers and we have a 3 year old daughter called Isabella and a baby son called Oscar. Our dog is a wee cocker spaniel called Aila. We are very outdoorsy people, love hill walking, paddle boarding, climbing, mountain biking and kayaking. My husband is also a basketball coach and runs the local basketball club in Perth. We are a Christian family and attend Trinity church of the Nazarene in Perth. We love to travel and explore and although we like a wee city visit now and again, we are definitely county and mountain people.
We can travel in April and October for 2 weeks, the whole of July and first 2 weeks ofAugust. Unfortunately we can only do school holidays.
