General Overview

This house from the 70s is renovated and up to date. We love our small living environment and we take great care of our property. The spa is very comforting on cooler evenings. The municipal park is just at the back of our yard, perfect is you are travelling with kids. We have a very quiet tenant in the right side of the duplex and a good neighborhood around.

The Space

3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 king) and another bed in the laundry room (murphy bed). There is everything is our house to host little children. You also have access to the double garage if you need it.

Neighbourhood

The park is juste outside our yard, with water games and playgrounds. The grocery store is at a 2 minutes car distance. We have cafés, restaurants, pharmacy and stores, all at a walking distance (between 2-10 minutes).The touristic village of Kamouraska, is 2 miles from our city (best sunset ever) with direct access to the St-Lawrence River.
