General Overview

The apartment’s location in the centre of Mount Maunganui is within a few minutes walk of the main beach, harbour, hot pools, shops and restaurants, plus the beautiful Mount itself which has walks both around and up it No need to drive anywhere.

The Space

The apartment is 3 levels. The bottom level is a single garage, bedroom and combined bathroom & laundry. There is a small courtyard outside to dry clothes. The middle level has 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a main bathrooms. The top level is open plan kitchen, dining and living area which has a lovely direct view of the Mount plus a deck off the lounge.

There are stairs, and no lift.
