General Overview

Beautiful and spacious apartment for two people 4 blocks. It has a king size bed and we provide sheets and blankets. You are 4 blocks from the mainstreet Mitre with its chocolate shops, restaurants and bars. Super central. Enjoy the city of Bariloche from a central location. Explore its mountains and lakes all year round.

The Space

The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Hot water 24 hours. We provide towels and hair dryer. The kitchen comes complete with stove, oven and microwave. There is a comfortable breakfast area with a view of the mountains, plus a small living room to rest.

Guest Access

The apartment was built in 2021 and is very new. There is a main entrance to the building with a lift to the apartment on the 3rd floor. Great view of the snowy mountains.

The neighborhood is residencial and there is a huge supermarket 2 blocks away. Quite a few restaurants and bars around.

Getting to my home

From the airport you can take a bus to downtown and then walk the 3 blocks. Or take a cab and get there directly. This should cost around 10 usd.

We are a Dutch-Argentinian couple with 3 guys who love nature and travel. We currently live in a large ranch on the outskirts of Bariloche and that is why we offer our house for exchange/rent during the year. The ranch keeps us busy day by day as it has a sustainable management approach and we have quite a few scientific projects throughout the year. We are looking to travel during our winter holidays to a warmer place (Brazil, USA, Europe) and stay in a house with a familiar neighborhood so that we can all interact with the locals. We are very respectful of other people's property and will always try to leave it better than we found it!
