General Overview

Spacious relaxed family home in a friendly, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Relax in the garden or under the gazebo with a cup of coffee. The station is a 5 minute walk away and within 10 minutes you are in the beautiful historic city of den Bosch. Museums, shops, cathedral, unique under the city boat trip and the welcoming atmosphere of a city well known for it's hospitality with it's many cafés and restaurants. A trip to Amsterdam is 1,5 hours away by train.

The Space

The living area is large and bright. Space enough to relax with the family. Doors open out to the garden. There is a spacious kitchen with all the appliances that you need to cook at home. There is a toilet downstairs. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer and space for shoes and luggage if necessary.

Guest Access

The 1st floor is accessed by stairs here are the bedrooms and bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.

Neighbourhood

The location has easy access to the countryside and beautiful areas to walk or cycle nearby. We live a 20 minute drive from the city centre in a village called Rosmalen , 5 minute walk to the local train station, in 10 minutes you are in town. The local shops, restaurants and cafés are a short walk away.This is a very friendly, neighbourly quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. People are always willing to help if you have a problem or a question. Ideal for children to safely play in and around the neighbourhood. There is a big field behind the house for kids to run about. There are several park areas and playgrounds nearby. Bikes are easily hired to explore the area which is very flat and safe with bicycle paths everywhere.

Getting to my home

Travel via Dunkirk or Calais from the UK approximately 3,5 hours

Nearest airport

Eindhoven is an half an hour by car , 1,5 hours by train and bus. Amsterdam is 1,5 train

Getting Around

You can walk to the local supermarket and local shops within 10 minutes. 5 minutes to the main station which connects with the the whole Dutch train network.

I live together with my two sons of 17 and 18. I work in the city supporting people with mental health needs. We emigrated to the beautiful historic city of den Bosch in 2007 from London. I love good conversations, exploring other cultures, cinema, museums an art galleries, food with friends, reading and yoga. We are all bi-lingual and often return to London to see family and friends.We live a 20 minute drive from the city centre in a village called Rosmalen , 5 minute walk to the local train station, in 10 minutes you are in town.
