General overview

Pretty new house of 90 m2 very bright and very quiet at the end of a dead end. Air-conditioned living room. Beautiful terrace of 40 m2 and garden of 500 m2. Ideal for 4 people! Alès is a small town in the Gard, an ideal base for discovering the Cévennes. The departments of Lozère and Ardèche are close. Garden with trees and flowers of 500 m2 It has a large living / dining room crossing with fully equipped American kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other 160. The bedding is new. ***I have an inflatable mattress in 140 to possibly help out a family with 3 children. It can be installed in the office, in the living room or in the 2nd bedroom but the house is not really suitable for 5 people (only 4 places to eat at the kitchen island) *** The garden is planted with olive trees and a few plants. plan in your schedule for watering..... There are also pots with aromatic herbs at your disposal during your stay (basil, thyme, oregano, mint). You can prepare mojitos. There is a 6-seater table with a large parasol on the terrace and sun loungers are available for sunbathing and a 2 x 3 m tubular pool ideal for taking a dip after an excursion (4 adults can fit in there without any problem and stretch their legs). legs Non-smoking house but you can smoke without problem on the terrace.

I am a Spanish teacher (zone C) and I live alone with my 16 year old daughter who is orderly and careful of the material. My daughter likes to learn languages and would like to make a career out of it later. She is also a fan of Japanese culture. Like me, she loves discovering new cultures and traveling.
