General overview
It is a house in a housing estate built in 1973, the houses there are the same but with three different sizes, ours is one of the big ones;), the neighborhood was designed to make private streets that overlook a main artery , each street draws a rounded area and contains a corner or two with grass, trees and benches to meet or let the children play. For 50 years, all the gardens of the houses have been expanded, giving the neighborhood a welcoming tree and flowery appearance. The wood is not far, 5 minutes on foot, as are the small shops. All the windows in the house are French windows, and as these openings are to the north and to the south, the interior is bright; we have a small garden with a terrace in front and the same at the back where we have put a self-supporting swimming pool. We have finished our work which has rejuvenated the house! It is very quiet, you can hear the birds singing, and they are always present in the gardens. A real peaceful corner!
