Our house is located in a quiet area, only a few minutes walk from the city center and the train station of Tours. The house is on 3 levels with a semi underground basement. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the living room and the kitchen. Each floor hosts two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a roof top terrace. The whole is completed by a courtyard, admittedly small, but very cozy and vegetal!
