General overview
In the western suburbs of Paris.
House with 5 bedrooms and a large living room opening onto a garden. Great calm while remaining very close to all the attractions and monuments of Paris and Versailles.

The parents' bedroom (180 bed) is on the ground floor with a desk and a bathroom with bathtub.
3 bedrooms with 140 bed and 2 showers upstairs.
A room with home cinema and 2 beds in the basement.

Not suitable for wheelchairs
A few steps to access and enter the house. The stairs to go upstairs are not suitable for small children. (See photos)
Notes
There are two cars including a PHEV that can be loaned if reciprocal.
There are also 3 bicycles.
The Newton cat who welcomes you has to be fed, for everything else he manages on his own.

Neighbourhood
The street is very quiet but less than 10 minutes walk, a very large shopping center (Parly2), two hospitals and all types of trade are accessible.
The city of Versailles, the castle and its park are also accessible on foot or by bus (10 min).
The area is very green and wooded.
Getting to my home
By plane, if possible prefer ORLY and take a Taxi or Vtc.
Several stations in Paris, St Lazard, Montparnasse and line C provide access to Versailles.

Paris CDG 1 hour by car, taxi or Vtc
Paris ORLY 30 mins
Getting around
The area is served by many public buses that go to Versailles and to several stations that allow you to be in central Paris in less than an hour.
It is also possible to go to Paris by car in 15 minutes... or more if there is a traffic jam. ..
