General overview
Almost 1 acre golf course view home in northwest Austin minutes from Domain. We are perched on a hilltop with a downward sloping backyard facing the 18th fairway (nice views!) of the great hills country club. The main home is 3bed/2.5bath and 2,350 square feet, plus a detached home office/cottage furnished with a queen bed and a twin pull-out sofa. A large trex back deck is perfect for enjoying the park-like setting of the backyard. The backyard also has a propone grill, disc golf basket, and regulation-sized horseshoe pits. The detached home office/cottage takes full-advantage of the view. Mesh Wi-Fi covers the entire property, so anyplace is a workspace! There is another loft office in the main house, so it is an ideal setup for two or 3 people that can work-from-home. Our home is quite kid-friendly as well with 2 cribs and a toddler bed available.
The master and one other bedroom upstairs have queen beds. The third bedroom currently has a crib and a twin bed, but can have the toddler bed substitute easily. The loft office can also be used for sleeping with any of the non-queen bed options.
Guests are also welcomed to use our bicycles: 2 adult mountain bikes, 1 adult cruiser bike, 1 toddler bike, and a 2-seat toddler carriage that can be hooked up to one of the mountain bikes.
The living room has a 65" tv with a nice component audio system. The detached home office has a flat screen monitor/tv that can stream or be used as a second computer monitor. A third workstation is set up in the master bedroom, behind the wood room divider. There are also Dell docking stations hooked up to peripherals at all 3 workspaces. We ask that guests not use the propane fireplace in the house.

We are a family of four, plus an au pair that love to travel and work from new locations. Before our sons were born (2019 & 2020) we traveled a lot using Airbnb, but have switched to home exchanging platforms now that we are a family since it fits our travel style better now. We really enjoy frequent visits to see family in the north SF bay area, but are open to almost anywhere with pretty scenery and comfortable weather!
