Neighbourhood
There is a public golf course in our neighborhood with more info here: https://oakhurstgolfclub.com/
We have tree-lined walking paths and a few parks, plus a community splash pad for the kids.
Two large grocery stores are located next to our neighborhood. One of them is walking distance if you so desire.
Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. We have a couple of local favorites that we'll be happy to tell you about.
Nearest airport
We are only 20 minutes from IAH airport but Hobby airport isn't terribly far at less than an hour. We've flown in and out of Hobby on Southwest many times.
Getting Around
You'll need a vehicle to get around and we can sometimes offer the use of ours - would love the option of using yours if possible. We have a large SUV with 8 seats.
Our driveway can accommodate at least 2 vehicles besides ours. No overnight parking on the street (HOA rules).

At home it's just the two of us, but we have a spacious home because we love for our kids, grandkids and other family and friends to visit. When we travel, occasionally a couple family members may join us but we'll be sure to let you know.
We spend lots of time in our backyard in the pool and hot tub enjoying looking at our landscaping, always looking for ways to make it look even more beautiful. We have an eye for what looks pretty, however we have great landscapers who make our dreams reality because I do NOT have a green thumb LOL.
We absolutely love our home but happily offer it to those who will take good care of it and we will do the same for yours.
