General overview

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a very central location. 25 mins from Dallas Ft.Worth International Airport and Dallas Lovefield Airport.

The space

2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the 3rd floor. The only bad thing is the 40 steps to get to it! No elevators. Washer/ dryer and dishwasher in unit. Central heat and air conditioning, windows that you can raise. Gated community, gym access, pool, grills, fire pit, small putting green and an outdoor area with tables and chairs. We have a queen sized bed in both the guest room and the master bedroom. The couch reclines on both sides. We have an over-sized chair that reclines also. There is a full sized air mattress available for use too. We also have iron and ironing board.

Guest access

3rd floor apartment. 40 stairs to get to the 3rd level. Will provide a code or fob to get into the gates and a house key for the door.

Notes

We have 2 cats that are super easy and laid back, but don't mind making other arrangements if you aren't comfortable with them being at the apartment. We have amazing neighbors who would be around if you needed anything and would probably even invite you over for dinner! Would love to give recommendations!
