Our home is in a quiet neighborhood- walking distance to a a family-friendly beach, restaurants and some shops. The property is within biking distance to the quintessential beach town of Chatham. Chatham is located on the "elbow" of Cape Cod and less than an hour from Provincetown and National Seashore Beaches.

Neighbourhood

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with many year-round retired residents. A working cranberry bog and town walking trails are in the neighborhood. It is less than a 15 minutes coffee/cocktail stroll to the beach.

MELISSA

I am a speech/language pathologist and my husband is the Executive Director at a residential school. Kids are well-traveled and enjoy dance, soccer, gymnastics and the beach! We all love the local experience when we visit new places!
