We are a family of 3, living in Los Angeles, CA. Mom, dad and our daughter who is 7 years old. Dad is a college professor and mom is a real estate agent. We are able to travel mainly on school holidays: June, July, August, and December/January + 3rd week of November and 3rd week of March are usually good for us - we can do simultaneous or non-simultaneous. At our Los Angeles home we have 3 cats, that will be living at the home while you stay there - so you must be ok with giving the cats food and cleaning the litter box - we can do the same for you if you have cats! The cats never travel with us to your home. * Currently looking for anywhere in Asia for a couple of weeks in July 2027* And Hawaii for December 2026* Thinking of doing Sydney & Melbourne at some point. If you want to do non-sim and stay at our home, it is available July 3rd - July 15th 2026, and available Dec. 26,2026 - Jan 10, 2027.
