Neighbourhood
A quiet place, with big outdoor spaces. Within walking distance to a mall (10 minutes), Sky-lagoon fantastic swimming/spa pool (30 min), Öskjuhlíð our small 'forest' in Reykjavík is 5 minutes walk, , old town/center of Reykjavík - 35-40 minutes walk.
Perlan is up the hill from my house - 10 minutes walk, restaurant,, zipline, nice view over the city.

Getting around
It is easy to walk to the shopping mall (10min), bus stop 5 minutes away, 35 min walk to down town (3km), or rent e-scooters.
If you want to rent a car, there are a couple of car-rentals quite close to our home. (15 min walk)
