General Overview
Our home is a modern town house. It is a well-equipped house with everything you could possibly need.
At ground floor there is a living room, dining room, and kitchen open concept with large windows. There is also a small bathroom.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and a separate shower in ceramic.
There is also a sofa bed in the basement.
Our house is suitable for young families, we have lots of toys!
There is air conditioning and an ethanol fireplace.
To relax in the backyard, there is a jacuzzi in the gazebo.
We will provide passwords for WiFi and Netflix to our guests.
Our neighborhood, Green Mesnil, is a new development located in the heart of Quebec City. The bike path, Corridor des Cheminots, is right next door and we have bikes for the whole family. There is also a park with water games and a pool.
Less than 5 minutes, is an important commercial center with an indoor amusement park. There are also a variety of restaurants, family places to haute cuisine.
