The studio is a small house with a garden that is located in a privileged enclave facing the Duero River, surrounded by nature but only 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Tordesillas is a town with a lot of history and heritage, highly recommended to visit.

The Space

The studio has a very large room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 meters. It also has a 1.20 wide pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc. And bathroom with shower. It also has a garden with table and chairs to eat and a garden sofa to rest.

The maximum occupancy is 3 people, although I have a cot in case a baby goes.

Neighbourhood

The area is very quiet, in front of the Duero river. From here there is a beautiful path to walk or go by bike. You can also walk to the center of town which is 5 minutes away. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, health center, local police, playgrounds, etc.

Tordesillas is a strategic point in terms of crossroads. It is in full A6.
