General overview
Our beautiful home is bright, spacious and modern with huge outdoor patios and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach (Bang Po) is quiet, clean and has stunning views of Anthong National Park and Koh Phangan. There are restaurants and bars all along the beach which can be easily walked to.
The ground level has a spacious lounge room, large and fully equipped kitchen, toilet and huge undercover patio area.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with bathrooms and a space for a cot/child bed if needed. Each has a walk in wardrobe space. There is another huge balcony off both bedrooms which has an outdoor bathtub.
There are fans and air-conditioning in every room/space.
As we are teachers we are interested in exchanges during our school holidays. We are mostly interested in those who would be comfortable looking after our dogs during their stay - this can be discussed more if people are interested in our listing.
At the moment our time period of focus is: June 25th 2023 to August 10th 2023 (approx).
Our dogs (that would remain at the house while we travel) are lovely! They are both boys, desexed, rescue dogs (kelpie crosses) from Australia who have travelled to 15 countries with us. Lucky is turning 10 and Tiny is turning 7. They are very friendly and loving and well trained. They have a great fenced garden area around the house ((with paddling pool) and access to the large shaded patio. They do not come inside as they are usually very sandy from being at the beach. Taking care of them is easy - if they have some company on and off during the day and can stretch their legs at the beach or go for a walk with you they will be over the moon!
