I love my home because it's where I feel my most creative and happy!
The space
My apartment is on the second floor (no lift). It is approximately one and a half miles into York city centre, about 15 mins on foot. It overlooks the Stray which is tree-lined, where locals walk their dogs and children play.
It's quiet and peaceful but with good access to the ring road which will take you to the east coast ie Scarborough, Hull, Bridlington and to the motorway to Leeds and Manchester to the west side of the city.

The apartment is laid over two floors, the main bedroom being upstairs. The second bedroom is the dining room/office where you will find a sofa-bed.
