This a stunning beachfront unit with amazing water views across the road in a brilliant location.
Across the road is a white sandy beach , safe for swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and kite surfing.
Suitable for a couple or can sleep up to 4 people as there is queen fold out couch in the lounge.
2 mins walk to famous Tay St Cafe, who do great coffee, meals, and fresh fruit ice creams.
10 mins walk to supermaket.
30 mins walk into town, where there are various resturants, bars, boutiques, and salt water hot pools.
Rotorua is 1hr away and Lake Taupo is 2hrs away.
The space
There is a kitchenette with fridge, mirowave, cooktop,sink,cooking utensils, toaster, jug, tea and coffee . It flows seamlessly into the living and dining room, with aircon, TV, table and chairs and a ranchsilder that leads onto a private sunny deck, garden area perfect for al fresco dining with table and chairs.
The deck area has a large cantilever umbrella which enables you to control the shade, making outdoors dining this summer a pleasure.
The bedroom has a king bed, air con, which has a ranchslider opening out to the private garden area.
There is a separate toliet, and bathroom with large bath and walk in shower.
Outside hot shower to wash off salt after coming back from a swim at the beach.

There is a bus stop 5mins walk away.
You can hire electric scooters 2 mins away.
