General overview
Our corner of heaven in the sunny English Riviera! Quiet location with access to woods at the back, close to the beaches of Torbay and easy access to the south Devon coast path for as much walking and stunning scenery as you like!
The space
We have recently renovated the downstairs of our house to a lovely open plan living with large dining table and cosy seating area with modern log burner. There is a separate large lounge and the kitchen is modern with oven, combi-oven, induction hob, integrated fridge, and dishwasher, wine fridge and hot water tap.
From the living spaces is some slide and stack doors going out on to the generous patio and entertaining area with string lights and outdoor speakers. There is also a large garden with access on to a public footpath at the back.
We have 4 bedrooms with the master double having a Superking size TV bed. The other rooms have had beds changed since photos so there are now two further double bedrooms and a low single bed in the other.
There are two bathrooms (no bath) one recently modernised and the other has an older electric shower in.
There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
