I have lived in Praga for 15 years in a small charming house. In Praga district, I also have a studio where I create, do exhibitions, invite guests to paint together.
I really like my district and every day I'm happy that I chose this place to live. I like to invite guests and show them Praga. I also like to travel and visit museums and galleries because I can not imagine my life without art, sometimes I buy some trinkets for my collection. I also have a large book collection also with art albums. And because I live in the most beautiful place because on the river almost daily duty is bike rides on the Vistula River.
The space
My place is a studio with an artistic atmosphere - paintings, books, etc. An open space with a mezzanine with double bed for sleeping. There is also no classic kitchen, although there is everything you need to prepare a meal or drink coffee. Wooden floor, barefoot allowed. The bathroom is small but adequate. The tenement house is located on the street, so it is not a completely quiet place.
Guest access
I m living on a first floor in an old house. No elevator.
Notes
The tenement house has three floors and dates from the end of the 19th century. Residents are nice and there are not many of them because the apartments are small. You enter the tenement house using the exit code
