The back of the house looks out onto the Marina which leads out to Port Phillip Bay. Paddle boards & canoe’s available for use. The patio has ample seating for outdoor eating & relaxing.

Guest access

Two story townhouse with living area downstairs & bedrooms, bathroom upstairs. Main bedroom overlooks the Marina. The complex is in a gated community, very secure.

Getting around

There are 2 large supermarkets very close, 5 min walk. Also library, post office, Pharmacy, doctors, dentist, restaurants, heaps of takeaway food places & gift shops. Frankston 15 kilometres away where there’s large shopping complexes. Beach is a 20 min walk or 8min bike ride. The beautiful Mornington peninsula is a 45 min drive to enjoy wineries, more shopping & beautiful scenery.

Retired couple, no pets. Don’t smoke. Hoping to experience a home stay in France or Italy for the month of April 2023. This is the first time applying for house swapping however we are well travelled. The thought of having a home base & use of a car is exciting.
