Sarah

Hi there! We are a family of four on the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire border, UK (in the East of England), one hour north of London in the countryside. As a couple we used to love travelling in the days before children and a certain pandemic - it is definitely time to start travelling again for us and broaden our kids' horizons at the same time. I'm a pharmacist and my husband works in finance. Our girls are 9 and 11 years old. We love animals, music, outdoors, country walks, puzzles, games, cooking, swimming, golf, Jazzercise, dance (we love ballet) and gymnastics. We've recently adopted a lovely 10 year old Pug/Chihuahua cross who can board with family during exchanges. For UK exchanges we may or may not want to bring him, depending on distance, but either way we'd agree this with you beforehand if dogs are allowed. You are welcome to bring your dog to our house. Our 16-year old tuxedo cat tolerates us, treats the place like a hotel (she is a cat, after all) and is very much into cupboard love, so as long as you feed her that is great! We love our pet guinea pigs too! These live outdoors and are very friendly. If you'd rather not look after them that is absolutely fine, they can board with a friend. Who knows, but the time we actually exchange they may have "expired" but just thought best to mention them now. Non-smoking household. We are looking forward to exchanging, meeting new people and seeing some wonderful new places :) especially keen on UK, USA and Canadian destinations but open to offers anywhere. We will reply to every email.
