General Overview

Pine Hill House is a renovated 1870s boarding house in the heart of the Catskill mountains in New York. A wonderful 4-season getaway, enjoy skiing in winter, hiking and lake swimming in summer, and foliage in the fall. Just 3 hours from NYC, it's the perfect getaway for those seeking a relaxing week or weekend. The house has loads of old charm mixed in with new luxuries. Take a left from the house to find miles of hiking trails. Take a right and walk to town with its vibrant restaurant scene and a lively community center. Belleayre Beach and Belleayre ski area are both a 5-minute drive away, as are some of the Catskills' hottest restaurants, spas, and cider houses. Don't want to leave? Relax around the woodburning stove and soak in the clawfoot tub.

The Space

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub and shower and one with a clawfoot tub, only), a deck with couch and outdoor fire pit and a front porch with rocking chairs.

The town of Pine Hill is a 5-minute walk from the house. Belleayre ski area is a 20-minute walk from the house. There are restaurants and a lively community center in Pine Hill and many more cute towns and trails just a short drive away.

Getting to my home

Get to our house by car. Or take the bus from Port Authority in NYC and walk to the house up the hill.

Newark Airport, 2.5 hours away.
