General Overview

Our house is in the countryside, a two minute drive from a village called Campos and ten minutes from the famous beach Es Trenc. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a large terrace with a porch, an orchard, garden and swimming pool.

The Space

It is a very quiet rural house with all the comforts since it is our first home. It has heating and a fireplace for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. We have a dog that if it were not inconvenient would stay since you only have to put food and water on it. He has land to play on.

Guest Access

It is a ground floor house, there are no floors.

Notes

It is better to have a vehicle as the house is 2 km from the port. You can walk perfectly or use one of our bikes but in summer it is hot and to move around the island and enjoy it it is better to have a vehicle.

Campos, the nearest village is a two minute drive away where there are all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bus stop and Sa Rápita, a small coastal village very quiet in winter and with a lot of life in summer is 8 km away. The famous beach es Trenc is a 10 minute drive away.

Getting to my home

To get to the house you can get there by car. If you do not have a car, you can get to Campos by bus and then walk 2 km.

The nearest airport is Son Sant Joan in Palma. About 30 minutes by car
