Superb condo on the 4th floor of a 5-story building (16 friendly co-owners), overlooking a golf course. Quality building with elevator, close to all services, including public transportation that quickly takes you to downtown Montreal. Excellent location if you want to attend the many Montreal festivals, scientific conferences or for visits to Estrie, and even to the United States (the border is an hour and twenty minutes from my home).
