Our apartment is in a very new house right next to Frankfurter Allee. We have floorheating, a nice open kitchen and a cute little terrace.
In our home also live our 2 cats, so it's not allergy-free and unfortunately we can't swap our place without them being in there. (as they can't travel with us.)
The space
The bedroom has enough space for 2 people and has a desk in the corner of it (where you can work from if you want). We also have a little vanity that you could use if needed.
The bathroom has a barrier-free shower as well as our washing machine and dryer.
The living room and kitchen are one unit, though we separated the kitchen with a kitchen island that you can sit at.
The living room has a big couch, where if necessary 2 other people could sleep on. It also has a nice big tv.
For the gamers - we have a PS4 and an Xbox One as well :)

The neighbourhood is very family friendly and open. In a few minutes you make it to all kinds of public transport that takes you into the city in 10 to 15 minutes.
There is also a big shopping center right around the corner where you'll find anything you need.
When walking 15 minutes, you can make it to Warschauer Straße or Ostkreuz. There is also a flea market 15 minutes (by foot) around the corner on every sunday.
Getting to my home
Easiest way to reach our place is via the train, the station would be called Frankfurter Allee.
When coming from the airport, you can get out at Ostkreuz and then take another train S42 and get out at Frankfurter Allee.
From there you walk a few minutes and will reach our home.
Nearest airport
Berlin BER Airport
Getting around
The next shops are right in front of our building, you can walk to everything. You'll find supermarkets in the Ring center, when you cross the traffic light.

We are a couple from Berlin, we have a two bedroom flat very close to the most popular district of Berlin.
We are in our 30s and have two cats that live with us.
When we travel we like to explore cities and aren't so much into nature (one of us is afraid of insects :) ) but we are very happy in cities where we can go to coffee spots, go in a local bar and just enjoy being in a different city.
We both can work for a bit remote from our home which is why we'd love to exchange our place for places all over the world.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
