This charming 140 year old house is located on a residential street, in a very small village called Nouvelle. Ten minutes from the sea, the forest, the mountains, everything that makes the happiness of living in Gaspésie. The space

Vielle mais charmante : les planchers de la maison raconteront un peu son histoire à chacun de vos pas. Les quatre chambres sont confortables et les pièces communes spacieuses. La lumière du jour aime jouer avec les espaces profonds de la maison. Jardins à l'extérieur : vous pourrez vous servir, selon la saison. Légumes, fraises, framboises. Old but charming: the floors of the house will tell a bit of its story with each step you take. The four bedrooms are comfortable and the common rooms spacious. Daylight likes to play with the deep spaces of the house. Gardens outside: you can help yourself, depending on the season. Vegetables, strawberries, raspberries, herbs, herbal teas.

Major paleontological site, declared "world heritage of humanity" by UNESCO. Carleton-sur-mer, easide resort, is a twelve-minute drive away. Everywhere, beaches, shores, opportunities for walks and pretexts to hunt agathes, everywhere forests and paths, but above all: the sea. The ocean advances at your feet in its most gentle form: the Baie des chaleurs.
