Practical and cozy apartment in a quiet location.

The Space

The bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an extra single mattress stored in the room if needed. The living area has a double pull out couch, and another single sleeper couch in the nook next to the dining area.

Guest Access

The apartment is a walk up on the fourth floor of a pre WWII building. Entrance to the apartment from the back garden.

Notes

We don't have a cleaning service, so expect our exchangers to leave the house clean and ready for the next guests, as we may be elsewhere in an exchange.

Neighbourhood

Shops., and a few cafes/restaurants nearby. The Sbahn train station is in walking distance with easy access to central Berlin. Zehlendorf is a green district with lakes and forests offering nice spots for walks and swimming/water recreation.

Getting to my home

Public transportation (bus and trains)are available from the airport or Uber and taxis. Sudkreuz is the closest trains station which can be reached by Sbahn (city transit)

Shops and a few cafes are in ten-minute walking distance. There are buses at the nearby intersection that take you in all directions of the city, including to the green areas, like forests and lakes. The Sbahn stations Zehlendorf or Sundgauer str. are also in ten-minute walking distance.
