We love the area we live in as we are so close to all amenities. Our home is newly built and full of all the mod cons. MY favourite room is definitely the lounge with a gigantic feature fireplace that heats the room in minutes it is just so cosy. The teenagers love the hot tub and the cinema room.

Hi everyone
We are a family of 2 knackered parents 4 teenage boys and a 5 year old girl. We like a bit of adventure and are keen to exchange our home for a holiday. We are perfectly located in the central belt of Scotland between the cities  Glasgow and Edinburgh with great shopping, shows, museums etc. With areas of outstanding natural beauty Loch Lomond the mountains and rivers in the other direction. And a golf club on our doorstep.
Our house has 5 double bedrooms 2 ensuite a large open plan family kitchen room with a dinning area for 8 people. A separate Lounge with 2 large sofas one of which converts to additional double bed. Beautiful feature fireplace.
Outside in the garden Room is a grand hot tub with bluetooth connection full internet and home cinema.
