Neighbourhood
We are located in a very quiet gated community. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am are strictly enforced. Our lanai area is wonderful for evening relaxation however it is attached on one side to our neighbor so please be respectful of their right to peace and quiet. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside nor on the lanai or any of the attached patio areas. We back up to a greenbelt area that you can access for smoking but all butts must be properly disposed of in a fire-conscious manner.
Guests will have full access to the community pool areas if they can be respectful of the full time residents. This community does not allow short term rentals so all house swaps must absolutely be cognizant of the HOA rules and regulations as well as all posted signage in the public areas. All we ask is that our community be treated with respect.
Nearest airport
Fort Myers airport or RSW is an easy 20 minute drive from our place, readily accessible via Uber or Lyft
Getting Around
A car rental is recommended, however parking in the garage will not be available. There is driveway parking at the back of the house. Overnight street parking is not allowed per HOA regulations.
