Cozy two storey cabin, recently renovated, with hardwood flooring on the main level (a birch stand from the property), and carpet upstairs and in the bedrooms.

We've put a lot of care into making this our weekend getaway: lots of books, boardgames, and toys for kids.  5 mowed acres for yard games, bbqs, and plenty of privacy. 

Very peaceful and quiet area, with plenty of mountain views, birds, wildlife and a 5 minute walk to the riverbank of Lillooet.

Pemberton has two really fantastic breweries, pubs with great food (Pony, Mile One), and good coffee (Mount Currie) amongst others. Very close to mountains to explore and rivers to fish.

Whistler is very doable from our place - but keep in mind its a 50 or so minute drive down to the village.

The Space

The space is set up like a family home - nothing too fancy - but all the essentials. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Lots of extra sheets, pillows and toiletries. Wifi and a landline, as well a small smart TV. Dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer. 

BBQ and propane fire pit outback. Well water (plenty of it) and on a septic system, so please be considerate with what goes in the toilet.

Notes

This is a fairly remote property - it's got power (hydro) but its on well water, and a septic. There is high speed internet, but no cell reception.

Neighbourhood

The property is on a sleepy cul-de-sac of other acreages, a few full timers, and a few weekenders like ourselves. The neighbours and their dogs all friendly and easy going. We're about 25 minutes out from Pemberton proper, and 15 minutes from the Beer Farmers (brewery). About 50 minutes to Whistler.

Getting to my home

25 minute drive NW from "downtown" Pemberton. The last 7-8 minutes is on gravel.  About 50 minutes from Whistler.

Nearest airport

Vancouver International - about 3.5 hours.
