General Overview

This is a spacious, newly renovated, basement apartment with one bedroom and bathroom. It has its own private entrance through the garage and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy access to a peaceful garden and patio that is completely private. As we live just above with our own family, we kindly ask for quiet after 10 PM, especially when using the garden or patio in the evening The garden is shared with the main house, so please be mindful this is also our family's outdoor space — we ask that guests keep to the patio area in the evenings out of courtesy.

The Space

The 40m² apartment sits on the lower level of a family home, fully separate from the main house, with its own garage access door, kitchen, and living area and bedroom— you'll have complete privacy here. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, office desk, blackout blinds, and a freestanding wardrobe. The open-plan living/dining area opens directly onto a private patio and shared garden, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the Cascais sky. The kitchen is fully equipped (stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee machine) and the bathroom has a walk-in shower with quality toiletries provided.

Guest access the space through the garage access door which is located down the stairs on the side of the house.
