So you will save 3 weeks of learning curve,  and you will get it right the first day of your trip.

Do you need 1 or 2 (for 6 or more) ? 
If you go over 5 people OR  the first three bedrooms in one  building ,  
We trade the duplexes as two very complete  villas 
  and 2nd Villa ) 

This does double your cost in points. 
 But gives you  double, or 400 m². of Build
6  and up to  7.5 bedrooms,  if you are a large group or 7 single men, t¹his is a good thing (but more points)

The Second Additional Villa you must book for large groups  (over  5 persons or more

This villa scales to  a Huge many guest Villa with 7 Bedrooms, but for 380 + 400 Points

SKY=-VILLA   is a COMPLETE AND TURNKEY OPERATION: Service you just do  not get in the West. 
Villas like this Book at  $600 to $800USD per night.

IT IS VERY 
WELL OPTIMIZED AND ORGANIZED RENTAL you will not see the owner private junk,   
You will have an excellent butler  / manager / concierge, speaking English of course someone who knows every in and out of everything in Bali, 

Your Manager,  Mr. K   knows :
Local Prices on  Food,  Good Transport and what is not worth your time.   
You could go to Bali  3x and not know what Komang gives away immediately in critical knowledge about everything. 
 - headcount must be accurate. or  H. E. will cancel you.  But it can change as long as you have it in writing. 
Any abuse of the headcount would be a problem.

Seminyak Beach
Tons of Fun and inexpensive Restaurants . 
A chauffeured van (5ppl)  is only $35 a day, so you can see all  cheaply.

Seminyak is upscale (for Indonesia)  and far better  than Kuta, or Most other places, 
Seminyak has great  value, not infinitely Cheap. You do tip staff, you do pay for some cleaning and and some supplies  and extra air conditioning . 

Bali has a lot of wonderful, high end and world class places (all deals) .  and 
very affordable things too.   
All the restaurants are a great value. 
Land there costs more than Southern California
yet for $2.00 you can get an BlueBird Taxi Ride  ride Cross Town. 

ADVICE 
You can easily stay outside of Seminyak, but you will find very little to do outside of town.  
If you are good with a scooter,  you can  drive arround.

fact a 3km ride into town  can take you an hour  and more sometimes!   
That is why you see so many scooters

For some, being away from everything may be a positive.  
There  is a lot of that on H.E.

1)  We are providing already:  
AirCon (expensive), Drinking Water, Wash,  Ironing, Gas,  WIFI, COFFEE / TEA  arrangement of food and transportation,  etc etc. all are on us
There is a definite:  Daily Cleaning, Room Make Up, Sheets and Towels Cleaning, Wash, Ironing, Laundry, Supplies, 
$4.95USD/ day / bedroom  (most of which goes to materials and supplies)   you must budget for.  So  5 people would be 3  en suites  or $14.85  a night which goes to materials mostly. 

2)  Final Cleaning is $195USD.  (This also goes mainly to Supplies! and Laundry costs)  And we even use  the latest High Tech  UVC light to kill everything,   
Ultra Violet light at this frequency is used on Planes and Ambulances.  
But you can feel secure in Bali.  This goes away with  direct trades,  because you have a final cleaning too.
So  this is just for points situations. 

3)  AND there  is a  Tip for the "Cleaner's Team "   $49/ week. 
 (Normally, in Bali Villas, Service, is 10% ,  That would be a huge  $45 per day!   which would be a a lot.  
 
 ¹ BUDGET $49+USD per weeki,  it can be whatever you want to leave the STAFF for all staff services .But they are expected to earn every rupiah.x2 
The Staff are good cooks, 
 I  always have Fish and French Fries  etc.  
 An Incredible Omlet for Breakfast ($4.95 for groceries only), just as I like them,  AND   
 Pisan Goering   (Best Fried Bananas) for snack and Fruit. 
YOU  tip staff a extra for that.
Your Butler / Manager  Does:
- Transportation,  
 - Schedules Massages at  $12 / hour    we did  12 at a time  last week but this is highly
illadvised.   you do   2-3 at once.    We do 2 to 3 hours  incl.  facials. 
 - Sets up Pick Up Airport,  all  
 - Excursions,   
Will do Shopping,  Supplies,  anything you need  and Knows Everything about that Island. 
He saves you two weeks just figuring things out . 

HOWEVER,   Ordering for Delivery, from a restaurant is actually cheaper than groceries. 
That is why  WELL LOCATED  VILLAS do not have chefs,  if you go to the BOONDOCKS ,  far from restaurants, 
you need a chef,  too bad. YOUR MANAGER COORDINATES THIS FROM LOCAL MENU CATALOGUES  as part of his job and re-preaemts food like a restau. 

ALWAYS   a text or  WhatsApp away.  and they will get you Coffee, Restaurant Food, Groceries,  SIM cards ar just about anything you need.   TEXT > SERVICE  litterally  24/7

The space

Private Quiet Enclave of nice,  newer and much Larger Villas with no traffic,  limitted noise. 

SEMINYAK  is  by far the most popular area for Visitors.
There are only  5 regions  I would ever suggest you stay .   Seminyak being by far the one.
And you can always visit the island  with a  chauffeured  van  for  $35USD for  8 hours  includes driver.  
Best Beaches By Far  -  with lots, (OK tons) to do there.
Best Shopping  - By Far - Really Fantastic
Best Restaurants - All the Best in Bali and also Indonesia are walking distance
Best Night Clubs and Best Entertainment - By Far
The most Beach Front  Cheap Places to eat,   Chez, Gado Gado is  fantastic.  I can think of  8 other places that are noteworthy. 

5 places worth staying in:  Canggu (fun, but super overcrowded with the worlds worse traffic, 
  Ubud (more relaxed,  great restaus, monkey forrest art. shopping.  But the streets really do role up at 9PM) ,  Uluwatu  (elite for surfers, young people,  very happenning  it is on a lot of elite A lists, as the cool place)  
Nusa Dua (Great Resorts,  nice beaches) 
and Seminyak North,  (Batu Belig means slippery stone) and  has great restaurants.   It is part of Seminyak,  ony 10 minutes away by $3 Taxi.   
We are  not at all bored in 13 years in Seminyak,   
but  24 - 48 hours in any or the other places is   insanely boring. ( may be that is what people want) 
So Best to stay  in Seminyak and 
go to the other places on day trips. 

In Nusa Dua,  we  stay   VIP at the Conrad with Super Lounge (as we do) and 3 or 4 days  you want to do something else.

SMARTEST BREAKFAST  OPTIONS:
This is a high end, very complete and nice rental, so it is very complete
BREAKFAST cost is $4.95usd each  and that goes to the cost of food.  I just spent 40Euro  for my breakfast at the Lisbon Sheraton,  and Komang's Custom Breakfast is equally satisfying to me.

Scooters are $4 usd per day  (That is half of Thailand) 
Cars with Driver ; Guide are $35 usd a day,  (a deal for sure)
AIRPORT PICK UP cost 12 Euro for 4 people, sometimes squeeze one (1) more

Seminyak is the best of the best of All Bali, maybe Indonesia.
It has over 100 great restaurants with great value.

We are a lot closer to the beach than the Map Indicates. 

- Jl.Keraton (means Palace) This is a very special up market enclave of "foreign owned villas"
big difference,  because "  traditional villas" look cute BUT are  full of mosquitos and worse,
US standards are a little different than Indonesia's   :)  

WHY WE LIKE MODERN, GLASS ENCLOSED, WITH ALL AIRCON
I have an acquaintance staying  in Bali up the way,   his  bathrooms are OUTSIDE, ( How original ) his kitchen  and dining are outside. His best friends are now  8  Mosquito Bites each,  Especially at night  increasing every day. 

Any girlfriend or wife would be screaming.
Especially as bug bites accumulate   from 2, to 3  to 6etc.   Stay away from Traditional..  I see very many in here that are  Open, Very Hot,  and  Frankly Dangerous 

There is a reason we are glass enclosed and have 10 Air Conditioners!
