It’s 3-bed, 2-bath, with a massive, fully equipped kitchen. We have tried to keep a rustic vibe but it’s not your traditional campo house. Fully refurbished a year ago, airconditioning everywhere.
Mid sized pool and huge garden outside, with lots of sunny and shaded areas to choose from. Automatic gate and Wi-Fi access everywhere inside and out.
The space
Large living/dining area with large sofa, 10-seat dining table, pellet stove and airconditioning.
Huge modern kitchen with all electric appliances, very well lit and direct access to the pool. Modern washer and dryer.
Main bedroom with 180x200 queen bed, large cot and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with 160x200 double and desk. Third bedroom is currently a baby nursery with large changing table and baby accessories.
A separate building includes an open garage, and a dedicated office/storage room which was recently refurbished. Can easily be converted to another single or double bedroom
Guest access
One step to access the house, no other stairs anywhere. However the construction is 40 years old so some doorways may be too tight for a wheelchair.

Neighbourhood
It’s situated in an “urbanizacion” 5 minutes away from the airport, but it is not in the fight path so aircraft noise is not noticiable.
The urbanizacion has a small supermarket a couple of bars and very friendly but private neigbours. There is no public transport so driving is necessary. We can make our cars available in exchange for same (one is a manual Skoda, the other is an automatic VW)
Getting to my home
Taxi/Uber is the only way unless you’re arriving by car, in which case it’s a simple straight road off the highway leading into Seville. We will send the exact location details once we agree.
Nearest airport
Sevilla Airport, about 5 minutes away by car/taxi.
Getting around
A small neigbourhood supermarket is about 1.5km away, for everything else a car is necessary. Sevilla city is a 15 minutes car ride away.
