Neighbourhood

It's lively, it's old style/new style rubbing shoulders together. We have some of the best delis and food shops around, very near to South Terrace and all the cafes, clothes shops of character, fabulous bread shops and great coffee. You're also near to the Cappuccino Strip, the Luna cinema, the new Fremantle Library, Bathers Beach, the Harbour and Port and everything Fremantle has to offer. Including great bookshops in Market Street, Kakulas Sister delicatessen and whole food shop and the famous Fremantle fruit and everything else market which opens Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great value, great goods, great fun.

Nearest airport

Perth International Airport. 40 minutes drive.

Getting Around

There's a cluster of shops we walk to, 12 minutes away including a bakery, coffee shop, a famous Italian deli and grocery store, along with a good hair-dressers, a bike shop and pretty well anything else you would want.

People Like Us Local Guide

I don't mind having a coffee and talking about the area, but I am a writer and speaker, very busy and I have grandchildren. So, I can be welcoming but I would not want to be too available.
