General overview

Our home is located in Scottsdale’s McCormick Ranch. which is one of the largest planned communities in Arizona, as well as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Scottsdale. This community is home to two championship 18-hole golf courses (McCormick Ranch Golf Club's Palm Course and Pine Course), more than 25 miles of bicycle paths, parks, public tennis courts and seven man-made lakes. Great neighborhood with green belts for walking and bike riding. Sedona is 2 hours away…the Grand Canyon is 4 hours to the South Rim. Downtown Phoenix is a 25 minute drive.

The space

The home is 3000 square feet with 4 bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a bed…does have a built-in desk). The master bedroom is split from the other bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom…soaking tub has a water feature like a jacuzzi and there’s a walk-in shower. Small powder room is off the front hallway and there’s a hall bath with shower and bathtub on other side of the house. We have a designated office, family room, dining room and kitchen. There’s both a beautifully landscaped front patio and covered patio in the back of the house with a diving pool. The pool is not heated. Our home sits on a third of an acre and is located on the corner of a cul de sac street leading to a greenbelt. We have a couple of bikes to use…one is a new e-bike!

The home is single level with an attached three car garage leading to the laundry room.
