General Overview

I'm a new empty nester and excited to start traveling. I would love to share my home! I have 2 large bedrooms upstairs, the master has a queen bed and the 2nd has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs. To sleep a 5th, I have blow up mattress for the downstairs living room.. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub upstairs, powder bathroom downstairs and living room with fireplace, TV, central AC and heat and wonderful upgrades for guests to come and enjoy! Please reach out and let's chat! I'd love to make my home a wonderful place for your family to make memories.

The Space

There is a nice modern kitchen, dining room, large living room that opens to an outdoor patio with fire pit, BBQ and outdoor lounge chairs. 2 Bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms both up and downstairs for guests. Front porch has great sunset views and a soft ocean breeze as the home is up on a hill in an area called 'the heights', near Newport Beach.

Guest Access

Main floor has dining room, kitchen, large living room, powder bathroom and full bathroom in upgraded garage. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. 1 set of stairs to access the 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Beautiful beaches, nature reserve, bike trails, back bay, duffy boat rentals, whale watching. 1.5 hours to San Diego, 35 min. to Disneyland, 1 hour to Hollywood.

Getting to my home

John Wayne airport is 8 minutes from my home. LAX is aprox. 1 hour , Long Beach airport is 30 min. all depending on traffic.

Getting Around

Beach, back bay, parks all walkable and you can Bike, walk, uber, rent a car
