General Overview

My beach house has 3 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and 2 living rooms, a terrace on the backyard with barbacue and another terrace in the front of the house.

The Space

The house is big enough for 7 people and the backyard with the barbacue is a must for the summer days.

The house has 2 stages, being the first stage with the kitchen, one bathroom and 2 living rooms. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, one being a suite with private bathroom and another bathroom serving the other 2 rooms.

Neighbourhood

The 2 nearest beaches are 10 min. walk from the house. The beautiful beaches have the warmest water in all Portugal and you can walk for miles on the sand or now in a beautiful wooden path by the sea. There is a mini-market 5 min. walk from the house and many supermarkets just about 10 min by car. All the restaurants and cafés are also a 10 min. walk from the house, in the center of Manta Rota.
